NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Glenn Peterson and Jason Peterson have filed a petition with the Finance Director of the City of New Ulm, Minnesota for the vacation of the following right-of-way, to wit:

1. All alley right-of-way in Block 123 North of Center Street

and said petition will be examined, heard, and considered by the City Council at a meeting to be held at the Council Chambers in City Hall, 100 North Broadway in said City on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at 4:30 p.m., and at such meeting the Council will first examine and consider such petition, and thereupon, whether such vacation shall be made or not. All persons or parties interested therein will be heard.

UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the

Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims

against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator

within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
