NOTICE OF ANNUAL PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING

CITY OF NEW ULM, MINNESOTA

STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PROGRAM

MS4 (MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEM)

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Public Information Meeting on the City’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 3:30 P.M. at City Hall, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, MN. The purpose of the meeting is to present and discuss the City’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP). Information will be presented regarding the activities the City has been and will be engaging in as a result of implementing the SWPPP. Items that will be discussed include: the SWPPP, status of compliance regarding SWPPP measurable goals, and planned activities for 2021. Residents will have an opportunity to provide oral or written comments on the adequacy of the SWPPP. The City’s SWPPP can be reviewed at the City Engineer’s Office, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, MN or on the City’s website at www.newulmmn.gov.

Persons desiring to be placed on the agenda or having other questions regarding the meeting are encouraged to contact Joseph Stadheim, City Engineer at (507) 359-8380.

The Lyle E. and Jane M. Liedman Revocable Trust dated November 22, 1989, as amended

NOTICE AND ORDER FOR HEARING PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT.50C.0203

It is ordered and notice is given that a Petition signed by Lowell G. Liedman and Jay S. Liedman has been filed with the Court. The Petition requests an order for the following relief:

1. Declaring that the “Jane M. Liedman Revocable Trust” named as the beneficiary of the Jackson National Life Insurance Company, Policy No. XXXXXX9461 is one and the same trust as the ” The Lyle E. and Jane M. Liedman Revocable Trust dated November 22, 1989, as amended.”

2. Granting such other relief as may be proper.

Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or at the hearing. If no objections are filed, the Petition may be granted.

IT IS ORDERED, that the Petition will be heard on July 19, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., by this Court, via Zoom, Brown County Courthouse, New Ulm, Minnesota.

1. Notice shall be given to all persons named in the Petition as having or as claiming an interest in the Trust.

2. Notice shall be given by:

a. Mailing o copy of this Notice and Order for Hearing to all persons named in the Petition as the current trustees and qualified beneficiaries whose identity is known, at their last known addresses by U.S. Postal Service at least 15 days prior to the hearing date; and

b. Publishing this Notice and Order for Hearing one time at least 20 days prior to the hearing dated in the legal newspaper of Brown County, Minnesota.
