BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT

Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday the 19th day of May, 2021 at the hour of 10:00 AM in room 104 of the Law Enforcement Center 15 S. Washington St. New Ulm, Minnesota the Board of Adjustment will assemble under Minn. Stat.13D.021 to consider the following Variance Applications.

To consider a variance application #APP-V-0045 of Craig Salonek on property described as Lot 12, Block 1, Saddle Hills First Subdivision, all in Section 4, Township 110 North, Range 31 West, Milford Township, Brown County, Minnesota.

Description of Variance: To allow a reduction from the required Ten (10) feet side property line setback to Nine (9) feet and a reduction from the required Fifty (50) feet Bluff setback to Thirty-two (32) feet to allow an addition to existing garage, all in the A-1 Agricultural Protection Zoning District.
