NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, Neil Bode, on behalf of K & R Towing, LLC (“Applicant”), and Shannon Hillesheim, on behalf of the New Ulm Economic Development Corporation (“Property Owner”), have filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a towing business on the property legally described as the East 156′ of Lot 2, Block 1, Airport Industrial Park. The street address of the property is 9 Berens Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, Tony Gulden, on behalf of Windschitl-Gulden Enterprises, Inc. (*“Applicant”), and Shannon Hillesheim, on behalf of the New Ulm Economic Development Corporation (“Property Owner”), have filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a hoist sales and installation business on the property legally described as the West 156′ of Lot 2, Block 1, Airport Industrial Park. The street address of the property is 11 Berens Boulevard.; and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, March 25, 2021 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider these matters. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said hearings. Those attending the meeting must adhere to mask and social distancing guidelines.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we encourage the submittal of written comments instead of attendance at the meeting. All written comments will be read into the record and must be received by Noon, Wednesday, March 24, 2021, and shall be submitted to: Community Development Department, City of New Ulm, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, MN 56073 or to davids@newulmmn.

NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on March 29, 2021, at 2:00 PM, a hearing will be held in this Court at Brown County Courthouse, 14 South Street, New Ulm, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, March 23, 2000, (“Will”), and for the appointment of John Fischer, whose address is 17802 County Rd 24, New Ulm, MN, 56073 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
