BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT

Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday the 24th day of February, 2021 at the hour of 10:00 AM in room 104 of the Law Enforcement Center 15 S. Washington St. New Ulm, Minnesota the Board of Adjustment will assemble under Minn. Stat.13D.021 to consider the following Variance Applications.

10:00 AM To consider a variance application #APP-V-0041 of Rich Walters on property described Lot Y & Z, of the NW ™ , all in Section 27, Township 109 North, Range 30 West, Cottonwood Township, Brown County Minnesota.

Description of Variance: To allow a reduction from the required One hundred eighty-five (185) feet from the centerline of a state highway to One hundred forty-five (145) feet and a reduction from the required fifty (50) feet from the side yard line to thirty-eight (38) feet and a reduction from the required fifty (50) feet from the rear yard line to fourteen (14) feet to allow expansion of current business all in the I-1 Industrial Protection Zoning District.
