Brown County District Court • Two 3rd-degree gross misdemeanor DWI charges were filed Oct. 10, 2023 against Victoria E. Raatz, 21, 107 Sunset Ave., Hanska. According to court documents, New Ulm Police saw a vehicle touch a lane marker at Center and Broadway, then cross over 10 lane marking stripes for a half block at 1:11 a.m., Sept. 16, 2023. Ibberson took a call on Sept. 11, 2023 from a Citizens Bank representative about a fraudulent check received and cashed at Citizens Bank in Lafayette.
