• An omnibus hearing for Bonnie Beth Holbrook, 68, Winnebago, was set for 1 p.m. Nov. 1. At a Sept. 17 Rule 8 hearing on a charge alleging third-degree possession of a controlled substance, she was released on previously ordered conditions that include not using or possessing alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances.
• An omnibus hearing for Logan Richard Edberg, 24, Belle Plaine, was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 29. At a Sept. 17 Rule 8 hearing on a charge alleging first-degree DWI, he was released on previously ordered conditions including not using alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances.
• Michael James Mansfield, 41, Gaylord, admitted to violating probation terms at a Sept. 17 admit/deny hearing on an underlying offense of felony wrongfully obtaining assistance. His probation was reinstated on previously ordered terms and conditions plus a requirement of serving 10 days in the Sibley County Jail and immediately setting up a restitution payment plan.
• Asael Pedraza, 21, Arlington, admitted to violating probation terms Sept. 17. His probation was reinstated on previously ordered terms and conditions plus a requirement of serving 10 days in the Sibley County Jail.
• Bail was set at $5,000 cash or $50,000 bond for Jon Andrew Stumm, 42, Gaylord, after he was arrested on a warrant issued due to failure to appear for a court hearing on a pending charge of felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 1.
• Nereyda Flores, 34, Sleepy Eye, admitted to violating probation terms on an underlying offense of felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. Her probation was reinstated on previously ordered terms and conditions plus a requirement of serving six days in the Sibley County Jail, complete an updated comprehensive assessment within 30 days and comply with Colorwheel testing through Brown County.
• Jeremy Michael Davidson, 49, Le Sueur pled guilty to first-degree DWI. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. A sentencing hearing was set for 1 p.m. Dec. 17. He was released on previously ordered conditions including not using or possessing alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances.
• Blaine Jeffrey Feil, 36, Gaylord was sentenced for careless driving Sept. 17 for 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed, and placed on supervised probation for up to one year with conditions that he serve 15 days in the Sibley County Jail. He may do STS hours in lieu of jail, complete a driver improvement court and pay fee, complete 16 hours sentence to service, pay $385 within 90 days.
• Joseph Allen Hutton, 19, Le Sueur, pled guilty to third-degree criminal sexual conduct Sept 17. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. A sentencing hearing was set for 1 p.m. Dec. 10. He was released on previously ordered conditions of release.
• Stephanie Lauren Spencer,44, North Mankato requested court-appointed counsel on allegations she violation probation terms and conditions. The request was granted. A hearing for an underlying offense of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle was set for 9:45 a.m. Oct. 22.
