• Unconditional bail was set at $300,000 cash or bond Aug. 19 for Daniel Arthur Howard Kalm, 67, Gibbon on a charge alleging first-degree DWI. In the alternative, the court released Kalm on his own recognizance, subject to conditions that he not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, including THC and comply with Colorwheel testing. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct, 8, 2026.

• Tressa Dee Weeden-Bootz, 40, Savage admitted to violating probation terms Aug. 19 after being arrested on allegations she violated probation on an underlying offense of felony deprivation of parental rights. The court reinstated her on probation with previously ordered terms and conditions but with the additional requirement she serve 36 days in the Sibley County Jail and report to Sibley County Court Services within 48 hours of custody release.

• Daniel Philip Frenette, 56, Stillwater, pled not guilty Aug. 20 on a charge alleging second-degree DWI and requested an omnibus hearing. He was released on previously ordered probation terms and conditions.

• Chase Stephen Dehmlow, 38, Henderson, admitted to violating probation terms Aug. 20. The court revoked his stay of adjudication and imposed a 27-month prison sentence, stayed and reinstated his probation with previously ordered terms and conditions, with the additional condition he serve 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, for which he has credit of time served.

• Yenifer Contreras Peraza, 30, Arlington, pled guilty Aug. 20 to misdemeanor disorderly conduct. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. A sentencing hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 29, 2026.

• Crystal Marie Lund, 37, Gibbon, pled guilty to first-degree damage to property Aug. 20. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. A sentencing hearing was set for 1p.m. Oct. 29, 2026.
