• Unconditional bail was set at $300,000 cash or bond Aug. 3 for Jeffrey Richard Divan, 44, Arlington on a charge alleging making threats of violence and domestic assault. He could be released on his own recognizance with conditions that he not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed, controlled substances including THC, that he comply with alcohol monitoring, not use or possess firearms or ammunition. A Rule 8 hearing was set for 9:45 a.m. Aug. 13.
• An omnibus hearing on a charge alleging first-degree sale of a controlled substance was set for 1 p.m., Oct. 1, 2026 for Dennis Charles Bourquin, 58, St. Peter Aug. 6. He remains in Sibley County Jail custody subject to posting bail.
