• Derrick Deleon Green, 55, Charlotte, N.C. pled guilty July 16 on a charge alleging felony theft of a motor vehicle. The court stayed adjudication and placed Green on up to one year unsupervised probation with conditions that he serve two days in the Sibley County Jail, pay $940 restitutution to the victim, pay $100 in costs.

• Stephen Bradley Kizer, 49, Winthrop, pled guilty to a charge alleging failure to register as a predatory offender July 16. He was sentenced to 16 months imprisonment, beginning immediately.

• Mark David Schwarzrock, 42, Gibbon, pled guilty July 16 to a charge alleging storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in a child’s residence. The court stayed adjudication and placed him on up to three years supervised probation with conditions that he serve two days in the Sibley County Jail, complete 80 hours sentence to service within six months, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendation, no use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances including THC, pay $300 within 90 days, follow all child protection case orders.
