Sibley County Court

• Rebecca Ann Braun, 49, St. Paul, pled guilty to third-degree DWI July 9. She was sentenced to 364 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for up to two years probation. Conditions include serving six days in the Sibley County Jail, completing 24 days electronic home alcohol monitoring that must be set up within 30 days, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, attend a Victim Impact Panel within six months.

• Julia Renee Stolfa, 46, Winthrop, pled guilty to second-degree assault July 9. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. Sentencing was set for 1 p.m. Oct, 1, 2026. Pending the hearing, she was released to the custody of her mother, subject to conditions she not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, be subject to reasonable suspicion testing by law enforcement and not use or possess firearms or ammunition.
