• Tressa Dee Weeden-Bootz, 40, Savage, pled guilty May 21 to a charge alleging depriving a parent of custodial rights. Adjudication was stayed. She was placed on up to three years supervised probation with conditions that she pay $1,804 in restitution, complete a diagnostic assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, follow all parenting time and custody orders in effect.
