• Angel Castillo, 36, Arlington, pled guilty to an amended charge of gross misdemeanor fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree DWI Jan. 8. Adjudication was stayed on the drug offense. He was placed on up to two years supervised probation with conditions that he serve 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations. He may not use or possess alcohol, THC or non-prescribed controlled substances, attend a Victim Impact Panel, complete 40 hours Sentence to Service within six months, pay a $985 fine.

• Troy Richard Becker, 56, Belle Plaine, pled guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree DWI Jan. 8. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for up to one year supervised probation with conditions of completing 40 hours Sentence to Service within six months, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, follow all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol, THC or non-prescribed controlled substances, attend a Victim Impact Panel, pay $385 within 90 days.

• Elizabeth Anahi Jimenez, 25, Shakopee, pled guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree DWI Jan. 8. She was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for up to one year supervised probation with conditions of completing 40 hours Sentence to Service within six months, complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations, not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, attend a Victim Impact Panel within six months, pay $385 within 90 days.

• Juan Carlos Romero Lorenzo, 26, Arlington, pled guilty to an amended fourth-degree DWI charge Jan. 5. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for up to one year supervised probation with conditions that he complete a comprehensive assessment within six months, not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, attend a Victim Impact Panel within six months, complete 40 hours Sentence to Service within six months, pay $385 within 90 days.
