• Ashia Ann Heiskary, 37, St. Paul, was charged with felony fifth-degree controlled substance possession, two counts of gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI and misdemeanor possession of an open package of cannabis June 4. Unconditional bail was set at $25,000 cash or bond. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. July 17.
