• Ricardo Lopez Bibiano, 51, Gaylord, was found guilty April 9 of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct following a trial. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for 1:30 p.m. May 16. He remains in Sibley County Jail custody.
• Michael James Mansfield, 40, Gaylord, appeared at an April 10 hearing on a charge alleging felony wrongfully obtaining assistance. The court found probable cause existed for him to stand trail. A settlement conference was set for 1 p.m. April 24. He was released on previously ordered conditions.
