Sibley County District Court

• William Joseph Wintheiser, 71, Henderson, pleaded guilty Thursday to careless driving. A sentencing hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 31.

• The Court set a settlement conference Thursday for 3 p.m. Oct. 24 and jury trial for 8:30 a.m. Oct. 29 for Ricardo Lopez Bibiano, 51, Gaylord, earlier charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct. He remains in Sibley County Jail custody pending bail posting.

• Cody Terrance Robert Mazino, 32, Eagle Lake, pleaded guilty Thursday to giving a peace officer a false name and date of birth of another. He was sentenced to 4 days in the Sibley County Jail.

• Unconditional bail was set at $25,000 cash or bond Wednesday for Vanessa Jaylynn Redman, 21, Kasota, facing 5th-degree controlled substance possession and 4th degree DWI. A hearing was set for 1 p.m. Nov. 7.

• Unconditional bail was set at $25,000 cash or bond Wednesday for Rachel Ivy Alma Jennings, 48, Green Isle, facing a 5th-degree controlled substance possession charge. A hearing was set for 1 p.m. Nov. 7.
