Sibley County District Court

• Bail was set at $2,000,000 cash or bond without conditions, $500,000 with conditions for 1st-degree controlled substance sale and possession Aug. 29 for Wanda Lee Vela, 40, Stewart. Court was set for 1 p.m. Sept. 19.

Sibley and Renville County deputies were investigating the theft of two side by side ATVs at 17380 641st St., Stewart, Aug. 27 when meth and cocaine were seen in plain view. Investigators found at total of 153.5 grams of meth, 341.9 grams of marijuana, 2.7 grams of cocaine, 121 individual baggies and measuring spoons.

• Angela Marie Peterson, 56, Gaylord; and Richard Krueger, 37, New Ulm, admitted to violating probation terms. Their probation was extended for a year under previously set terms and conditions.

• Dylan John Schauer, 21, Gaylord, appeared at a hearing Aug. 29 on 3rd-degree DWI charges. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 31.
