Sibley County District Court
• Scott Harris Tesch, 49, Winthrop, pled guilty to fourth-degree DWI Thursday. A third-degree DWI charge was dismissed. He was fined $385 and sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, 87 days stayed for one year supervised probation. He was credited with three days served. Conditions include a comprehensive assessment, follow all recommendations, no alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance possession, attend a victim impact panel, and 40 hours of sentence to service.
