Sibley County District Court

• Samantha Jo Lynch, 33, Winthrop, admitted to violating probation terms for a felony check forgery May 9. Probation was reinstated and she was ordered to serve 90 days in the Sibley County Jail before probation ends.

• Piper Jo. Dittrich, 18, Circle Pines, pleaded guilty May 9 to felony 5th-degree controlled substance possession and 4th-degree DWI. She was convicted of DWI. The other offense was adjudicated. She was placed on up to one year supervised probation, serve two days in jail, complete at comprehensive assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations, complete a victim impact panel and ordered to pay a $400 fine within 90 days.

• Rodney John Riegel, 64, Green Isle, admitted violating probation May 8 for failing to maintain probation agent contact for a gross misdemeanor criminal sexual misconduct charge. Probation was reinstated and he was ordered to immediately meet with probation after jail release. He received two days jail custody credit.

• Langdon Raymond Martin Poquette, 33, Le Sueur had unconditional bail set at $100,000 May 7 for 5th-degree controlled substance possession, possession of ammunition by an ineligible person, and giving a peace officer a false name/date of birth. He could be released on his own recognizance, subject to standard release conditions. Court was set for 9:45 a.m. May 16.

• Luis Fernando Barrientos Oliva, 42, Chaska, appeared May 7 for 4th-degree and 3rd-degree DWI. The 3rd-degree DWI charge was dismissed, pursuant to a plea agreement. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, stayed for up to one year supervised probation with conditions that he complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations, not use or possess any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, attend a victim impact panel, complete 40 hours sentence to service and pay a $385 fine.
