Sibley County District Court

• Daniel James Fuller, 54, Lakeville, pleaded guilty Friday to fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle Friday. Second-degree assault, threats of violence and domestic assault charges were dismissed. He was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail, credited with 32 days served.

• Jesus Daniel Perez, Jr., 45, Gaylord, was sentenced to 364 days in the Sibley County Jail Friday, 320 days stayed for two years probation for third-degree damage to property. He was credited with 44 days served and sentenced to up to two years supervised probation. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed. He was ordered to pay $500 restitution to the victim, have no contact with the victim and fined $135.

• Jesus Valez, 42, Gaylord, was sentenced to 90 days in the Sibley County Jail Friday, 86 days stayed for one year supervised probation for disorderly conduct. He was ordered to complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days and follow all recommendations., complete a diagnostic assessment with domestic violence inventory, complete 40 hours sentence to service within 6 mos. and fined $385.

• The court set unconditional bail at $100,000 cash or bond April 18 for April Lee Marie Anderson, 42, Gibbon, on charges of third-degree controlled substance possession, storing methamphetamine in the presence of a child, child endangerment and bringing contraband into a jail.

• Deven Quade Swanson-Cullen, 26, New Ulm, was charged April 18 with two counts of gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI. Unconditional bail was set at $12,000 cash or bond. He could be released on his own recognizance with conditions.
