Sibley County District Court

• Jessica Lynn Buehler, 33, Gaylord, admitting to violating probation terms Nov. 2 by failing to abstain from use of non-prescribed controlled substances and failing to maintain adequate contact with her probation officer. She was convicted of a 5th-degree controlled substance charge, stay of imposition. She was reinstated on probation under the same terms and conditions plus complete an updated comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations. She was given 10 days jail credit.

• Tara Terese Hutchins, 37, St. Michael, appearing on charges of 4th-degree assault of a peace officer, obstruction of legal process and fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle. Unconditional bail was set at $10,000 cash or bond. She may be released on her own recognizance, subject to conditions she not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances and be subject to reasonable suspicion testing.

• Jacob Ellis Olfat, 46, St. Peter, admitted to violating probation terms on an underlying offense of 5th-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 113 days in the Sibley County Jail.

• Paul Steven Holm, 41, Cologne, appeared for charges alleging 3rd and 4th-degree DWI. Unconditional bail was set at $12,000 cash or bond. He may be released on his own recognizance with conditions he not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances and be subject to reasonable suspicion testing.
