• Unconditional bail was set at $3,000 cash/$30,000 bond for Alexander L. V. Schulte, 23, Gaylord Aug. 14. Conditional bail was set at $300 cash or $3,000 bond for one count of gross misdemeanor violation of an Order for Protection. Conditions include no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances, no contact with the alleged victim and no use or possession of any firearms or dangerous weapons. • Unconditional bail was set at $3,000 cash or $30,000 bond; $300 cash/$3,000 bond conditional bail for Douglas M. Wenzel, 38, Arlington Aug. 11, 2023. He was charged with gross misdemeanor domestic assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Oct. 5, 2023.

• Unconditional bail was set at $20,000 cash/$110,000 bond for Nicole B. Randall, 32, Hopkins, Aug. 11, 2023. She was charged with felony 5th-degree possession of a controlled substance. A contested omnibus hearing was set for 2 p.m. Aug. 31, 2023.

• Austin D. L. Tietz, 26, Shakopee, was released on his own recognizance at a bail hearing on a charge of fleeing a police officer on foot Aug. 9, 2023. An arraignment was set for 9 a.m. Aug. 17, 2023.

• Jordan K. Dieball, 18, Arlington, was released on his own recognizance at an Aug. 11, 2023 bail hearing on a charge alleging domestic assault by strangulation. An omnibus hearing was set for 1p.m. Oct. 5, 2023.

• Unconditional bail was set at $10,000 cash/$100,000 bond; $1,000 cash/$10,000 bond with conditions for Jesus D. Perez Jr., 45, Gaylord Aug. 11. He was charged with felony threats of violence and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. An omnibus hearing was set for 10:30 a.m. Aug. 31, 2023.

• Unconditional bail was set at $5,000 cash/$50,000 bond July 224 for Samuel A. Garcia, 20, St. James. He was charged with felony 5th-degree possession of a controlled substance, open bottle and underage alcohol consumption. He was released on his own recognizance subject conditions that he not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed, controlled substances. An omnibus hearing was set for 1 p.m. Sept. 21, 2023.
