ST. PAUL - Brown County Princess Kay of the Milky Way finalist Gracie Sellner stands next to a sculpture of her likeness carved into butter.
On Wednesday, Minnesota artist and butter sculptor Gerry Kulzer carved the sculpture of Sellner. Every day of the Minnesota State Fair, Kulzer will carve a butter sculpture. He began with a sculpture of new Princess Kay Jaiden Smith and will continue with each finalist through Sept. 6
Throughout the fair, Princess Kay and the other finalists will make appearances near the Butter Sculpture Booth in the Dairy Building. Princess Kay's Facebook page and Instagram will share regular updates and photos of each completed butter sculpture.
