The next class of the “Friends in the Kitchen” cooking classes will be held at 11 a.m. in Room 111 at the CAST Senior Center on Wednesday, Sept. 14

Chef Renee Retzlaff will teach how to prepare easy-to-make, healthy, inexpensive meals. Attendees to the free class get to sample all the dishes.

All are welcome to attend, and no pre-registration is needed.

Classes are held on the second Wednesday of each month.
