Jenna Helget, New Ulm has been named to the Dakota Wesleyan University of Mitchell, S.D., fall 2021 dean's list. To qualify for the dean's list, a student must have a semester grade point average of at least 3.5 on a four-point scale. They also must complete at least 12 hours of academic work during the semester.

Alex Portner of New Ulm, Sally VanHorn of Arlington and Ryley Hansen of Gibbon earned President's List honors from Bemidji State University at the conclusion of the fall 2021 semester. To be eligible for the President's Honor Roll, BSU students must be enrolled for at least 12 credits and earn a 4.0 GPA during the semester. A total of 392 students earned fall 2021 President's List honors from the university.
Ace Wesselmann of New Ulm and Haley Hacker of Morgan have earned Dean's List honors from Bemidji State University for the fall 2021 semester. To be eligible for the Dean's List, Bemidji State University students must be enrolled for at least 12 credits and earn a minimum of a 3.5 GPA during the semester. A total of 673 students earned Fall 2021 Dean's List honors from the university.

Marshall Mohror and Christian Hennig of New Ulm have been named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering Winter Quarter 2022 Dean's List. Undergraduate students who have earned at least 30 credits and have a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher (out of 4.0) are on the Dean's List. Students who have maintained a 3.70 or higher receive "high honors."

Annika Anderson of New Ulm has been accepted into the Wartburg College Teacher Education Program.
Anderson had to demonstrate effective reflective components in teaching and complete several other requirements to be considered for the program.
Admission to the Teacher Education Program allows students to begin professional education courses in their field.
