Stacey Schugel and Chao Liu

Dan and Shelley Schguel of New Ulm announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacey Schugel, to Chao Liu, son of Shuyin Li and Hongmin Liu of Heilongjiang, China.

Stacey is a 2014 graduate of New Ulm High School and is currently attending Minneapolis College for Early Childhood Development. She is employed by Bright Horizon.

Chao is a 2009 graduate of Hulin High School and a 2018 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, with a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering. He is employed by Seagate.

A June 29, 2019 wedding is planned.
