Lisa Saari and Josh Lawson

Dan and Cher Saari of New Ulm announce the engagement of their daughter Lisa Saari to Josh Lawson, son of Jeff and Cindy Lawson of Auburn, Ind.

Lisa is a 2007 graduate of New Ulm High School as well as a 2011 graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor�s degree in Mass Communication and a 2013 graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Master�s degree in Marketing. She currently works in marketing and graphic design as well as an independent ballroom dance instructor in central Minnesota.

Josh is 2008 graduate of Madrid High School in Madrid, Iowa as well as a 2017 graduate of Ridgewater College with a degree in Law Enforcement. He currently works in law enforcement and is a volunteer fire fighter in Clearwater.

A Sept. 1, 2018 wedding is planned in Clearwater.
