Shelby Wilhelm and Travis Popham

Terry and Renae Wilhelm of New Ulm announce the engagement of their daughter Shelby to Travis Popham, son of Bob and Cathy Popham of Hayti, SD.

Shelby is a 2009 graduate of New Ulm High School and a 2015 graduate of South Dakota State University in Brookings, S.D. She is employed by Hamlin School District in South Dakota as a counselor.

Travis graduated from Hamlin High School in 2008 and SDSU in 2013 and is self-employed in farming.

The wedding is planned for Aug. 18, 2018 in Brookings, SD.
