NEW ULM — Brown County commissioners unanimously accepted a low bid Tuesday for the County State Aid Highway 10 streambank armoring project. The project about 2 ½ miles west of Highway 4 along the Minnesota River will armor the streambank with rip rap above the high water elevation and continue with a geogrid system to the top of the slope.
