• Davis hit a two-run home run in the top of the ninth against Hanska to help the Brewers break a 2-2 tie and give them an eventual 5-2 victory over Hanska. The win secured a berth in the state amateur tournament for New Ulm.

• With his team trailing 10-2 against Springfield, Sellner came in during the second inning and was big for the Longhorns. He went eight innings, allowed three earned runs and helped Stark advance past Springfield in the 2C playoffs. He was also 3 for 5 with three RBIs at the plate.
