HANSKA — Hanska earned the No. 3 seed from the Region 2C amateur baseball playoffs with a 6-4 victory over Stark on Saturday.

Earlier in the week, Lamberton earned the No. 1 seed and New Ulm earned the No. 2 seed. The league also drafted players for the upcoming state tournament. Lamberton drafted Avery Stevens of Essig, Jon Kopacek of Stark and Branden Flock of Springfield. New Ulm drafted Jordan Milbrath of Springfield, Mark Schommer of Searles and Nolan Drill of Essig. Hanska drafted Jevan Richert of Leavenworth, Brandon Wilhelmi of Springfield and Adam Sellner of Stark.
