NEW ULM — New Ulm Legion Gold 18U went 1-1 in games on Saturday at Johnson Park.

In game one, New Ulm fell 4-3 to Harrisburg, South Dakota. It beat Mankato West 10-6 in game two.

In game one, Tony Geiger took the loss going five innings and allowing three runs.

Jace Marotz led New Um at the plate with two hits. Cole Ranweiler had a double for New Ulm.

In game two, Hunter Sehr got the pitching win in relief. Sehr allowed one hit in three innings of work and struck out three.

Teddy Giefer had three hits and five RBI, including a home run. Chris Knowles and Mason Cox each had two hits.

New Ulm Gold 18U team hosts Mankato East Monday night at 6 p.m at Johnson Park.
