NEW ULM — The New Ulm gymnastics team won its eighth straight Big South Conference meet by defeating Marshall 136.375-124.3 on Monday at the New Ulm Area Gymnastics Academy.

Kayla Goblirsch captured another all-around title with a score of 36.45. She won the vault (9.45), the beam (8.7), the floor (9.225) and was second on the bars (8.675). Ella Friederich was second in the all-around with a 33.05. She finished third on the beam (8.5) and second on the floor (8.725).

Anna Schwartz was third on the vault (8.7) and Emily Guggisberg was fourth (8.6). Madison Miller finished third on the bars (8.2) and Brooke Aschenbrenner was fifth with a 7.3.

On beam, Kaylee Hutchinson was second (8.7) and Emily Guggisberg was fourth (8.125). Hutchinson was also third on the floor with an 8.65 and Schwartz was fourth with an 8.6. Emily Guggisberg was fifth (8.25).
