BLOOMINGTON — The New Ulm boys’ soccer team fell to Bloomington Kennedy 4-1 on Saturday in Section 2A playoff action.
New Ulm ends its season at 9-9 overall.
New Ulm’s goal was scored by Isaac Blumhoefer. Eagles keeper Josh Rakoczy had 11 saves.

New Ulm finishes 1-3 at Bloomington tournament
BLOOMINGTON — The New Ulm volleyball team went 1-3 at the Bloomington Jefferson Tournament on Saturday.
Leading the Eagles was Natalie Yackley, who had a tournament total of 51 set assists, 23 digs and eight ace serves, while Nora Windschill had a total of 21 kills and 16 digs. Also for New Ulm, Emmy Munson had 12 kills and four ace blocks, Ally Steffensmeier had 14 kills, Riley Melby had 15 kills, Caitlyn Todesco had 30 digs, Nicole Albrecht added 11 digs and Maddi O’ Connor had three kills and 10 digs.
New Ulm (9-12, 7-3) hosts Worthington on Monday.
