• Weisensel led MVL with 12 kills in a sweep over Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity on Monday in Lester Prairie.

• Last Tuesday at New Ulm Cathedral High School, Weisensel set two school records and helped lead MVL to a 3-2 comeback win over the Greyhounds. She first set the school career kills record after finishing the night with 22 kills, which moved her to 705 career kills and passed the previous record of 696 held by Heather Danell. She then set the single-match school blocks record with 10.

• In an MVL sweep home victory over Wabasso on Thursday, Weisensel had 20 kills and two blocks. The two blocks gave her the school record for career blocks with 208, passing Amanda Burk’s previous record of 207.
