MANKATO — Sleepy Eye Legion dropped a pair of games at the Mulvihill Tournament in American Legion Baseball action on Friday.

Zach Haala took the loss in the first game. He struck out five and allowed five hits and two earned runs. Carter Brinkman was 2 for 3 with a home run and Nick Labat was 2 for 3 with two doubles.

In the second game, Prior Lake defeated Sleepy Eye 6-4. Dominic Helget took the loss for Sleepy Eye. He walked three in two innings of relief.

Kyle Domeier was 2 for 3 with an RBI. Sleepy Eye (7-4) continues tournament action on Saturday plays Chanhassen on at Franklin Rogers Park.
