WASECA — Sleepy Eye Post 7 ran past Waseca 12-1 in six innings on Monday in legion baseball action.

Post 7 was led by Carter Brinkman, who was 2 for 4 with an RBI, Nathan Walter, who was 1 for 2 with three RBIs, Matt Sellner, who added a hit and two RBIs and Nick Labat, who was 1 for 2 with an RBI and three runs scored.

The winning pitcher was Zach Haala, who pitched all six innings and struck out 10 while allowing four walks, three hits and one run.
