WORTHINGTON — New Ulm’s Joey Batt scored 38 points and reached her 1,000th career point on Saturday as New Ulm defeated Jackson County Central 74-65 in Worthington on Saturday.

Hannah Osborne scored nine points for the Eagles and Iyanna Wieland had eight points.

Laren Murphy led JCC with 17 points.

New Ulm (2-1) hosts St. Peter on Tuesday.
