TRIMONT — Martin County West defeated Nicollet 25-19, 25-19, 25-22 on Tuesday in nonconference volleyball action.

Lindsey Boerger led Nicollet (2-5) with 11 kills and two aces, while Jessi Johnson added 10 kills and 23 digs.

Also for the Raiders, Halle Johnson added 24 digs, while Nicole Hall had 28 set assists.

Nicollet has a Valley Conference home game on Thursday against Martin Luther/Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Truman.

Mayer Lutheran 3, BLHS 0

HECTOR — Mayer Lutheran defeated Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart 25-11, 25-10, 25-14 on Tuesday in nonconference volleyball action.

Alyssa Petersen and Jacxl Fernandez had two kills each for BLHS (3-6), while Anna Buboltz had four set assists. Fernandez also added four digs.

The Mustangs play at Morgan on Thursday against Cedar Mountain/Comfrey.
