GAYLORD — New Ulm VFW Silver lost twice in the Southeast Sub-district baseball playoffs on Thursday and was eliminated from competition.

In the first game, Silver lost to Hutchinson 14-0. Silver then lost the second game to Le Sueur 8-0.

Cole Backer took the loss in the first game and Tony Geiger took the loss in the second game. New Ulm finished the season 8-20.
