NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, Katy Hemberger, on behalf of the New Ulm Community Market and Cooperative, has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting the amendment of a historic building Conditional Use Permit to allow the location of a cooperative grocery store at 526 South Minnesota Street. This property is legally described as the Front 87 feet of Lot 7, Block 71 South of Center Street and is the location of the old Tauschek Grocery Store building.
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that this matter be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, January 30, 2014 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider this matter. The public and all interested parties are hereby notified of said hearing.
