NEW ULM - The New Ulm gymnastics team came away with a team victory by the slimmest of margins on Tuesday.

Leading the way for the Eagles was Molly Klimek. Klimek placed first in the vault (8.8) and the balance beam (8.0) en route to the all-around victory, finishing with 32.55 points.

Emily Gulden finished third in the all-around with 31.2 points, and won the floor exercise with a score of 8.1.

The Eagles are now 1-0 on the season and will compete in Mankato on Saturday.

In JV action, the Eagles dropped to JCC, 113-100.
