Brewers edge Lamberton

NEW ULM - The New Ulm Brewers edged Lamberton 2-1 Tuesday night in Tomahawk East League Amateur baseball action at Johnson Park.

New Ulm's Wade French went the distance to pick up the win. He struck out nine for the Brewers.

Dylan Bunting took the loss for the Long Sox. He pitched one inning in relief of Colby Pack, who pitched the first seven innings for Lamberton.

Garrett Fischer and Corey Ranweiler each had two hits for the Brewers and Ranweiler had two RBI.

New Ulm is at Lamberton Sunday.
