I'm not so sure that the building comes with the ownership of the murals. It sounds like they get to keep them so long as they take care of them, which means that they are on loan for an indefinite period of time.

If it weren't for Mr. Glotzbach, these murals may not be where they are today. I don't think he was interested in buying the building.

Go George Go! If you need some log chain to "Chain yourself to the door" I got some in the garage. What a great gift you could give the BCHS.

my we go already. I would think that whoever ends up owning this building would appreciate the value and leave them where they are.

Settle down there Mr Glotzbach. They are not your paintings. Get it -- they are not yours. You have no say if they are sold to a private entity not. None. Zip. Zero. As catch22 said -- if you want them so badly, then buy them for the $25,000 asking price. End of story!

If Mr. Glotzbach is so interested in the murals why didn't he come up with the huge $25,000 purchase price for the building and then they would have been "all" his! Why wait until the 11th hour when the sale of the white elephant is almost complete? Let's unload this building while we can and move on to that new proposed expansion or new school that is proposed. Hurry! Before the cenate changes their minds!
