City should clear its sidewalks

To the editor: This year has been a bad year for clearing off roads and sidewalks. When we don’t clear off our sidewalks we get a bill for it (from the city)....

Likely a very high wind area this year and it just wasn't financially responsible to clean it off. I'm sure they aren't busy with the gazillion potholes that are actually a driving hazard right now. Everyone needs a little patience right now, it was a long hard winter, and the majority of the City/County/State workers that remove snow haven't seen a day off since Christmas. And I'm not exaggerating.

Wow. You must have neglected to shovel your walks for quite some time to actually get fined.

Is it the city's responsibility to clear the sidewalks that you mention, or it is the responsibility of the developer?
