Koch Brothers out to gut ACA to cut their taxes

To the editor:

Articles on the Guardian and Moyers and Company web sites have explored the ideology behind the Koch brothers political network and the Republican Party’s opposition to public supported heath care. They feel that any money paid for Medical Assistance and Affordable Care Act will require taxes to be levied which they consider taking their private property.

The attempts to repeal the ACA are mainly a cover to gut Medical Assistance and reduce taxes on the top 1% of income earners. The prospect of the people working to carry out the Koch brothers agenda agreeing to formulate health care which would work for the rest of the U.S. population is non-existent. Attacks on the ACA are not designed to improve it, but instead to destroy public support for any form of government funded health care in the U.S.
