Brown County Browser: Election Update

All registered voters in the following precincts were mailed ballots in July: Albin, Cottonwood, Home, Lake Hanska, Linden, Mulligan, Prairieville, Sigel, Stark, Cobden, Evan and Hanska.

If residents in any of these communities have not received a ballot please come to the A-T office to register to vote. We encourage voters to make their selections and return their ballot ASAP. We want every vote to count. If you feel you have missed the opportunity for timely mailing, please hand deliver your voted ballot to our office. A drop box is located in the Law Enforcement Center parking lot if that is more convenient. All mail ballots must be received in the Auditor-Treasurer’s office by 8 p.m. on August 14th.

Direct balloting began on Tuesday, Aug. 7. Voters who vote Absentee, and wish to insert their ballot directly into a ballot tabulator may do so in the week prior to the election.

Note that the Auditor-Treasurer’s office has extended hours on Saturday, August 11 when the office will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to accept Absentee voters.

PRIMARY ELECTION IS TUESDAY, AUGUST 14TH! YOUR VOTE IS YOUR VOICE!
