Funeral service will be 11 am on Saturday, January 9, 2021, at Christ the King in New Ulm. Pastor Timothy Anderson will officiate the service, and burial will follow in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in New Ulm.

Visitation will be from 9-11 am on Saturday, January 9 at Christ the King in New Ulm.

The funeral service will be livestreamed through the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home’s Facebook page starting at 11 am on Saturday.

Scott is survived by his daughter, Angelina Wacker of Mankato; mother, Sheila Friske (John) of New Ulm; father, Charles Wacker (Donna) of Eden Valley; sister, Catherine Asmus (Gregg) of Shakopee; brother, Chris Wacker (Dawn) of St. Cloud; and 2 nieces and 4 nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Scott Thomas Wacker was born on August 5, 1980 in New Ulm to Charles & Sheila (Thomas) Wacker. He was a 1998 graduate of New Ulm High School. His favorite thing to do was spend his time with his daughter, Angelina. He also had a love for music and collected and played video games. Scott was quick-witted, had a great sense of humor, a warm heart and kind soul. He will forever be loved and missed by everyone who was blessed to have known him.
