Nancy is survived by her husband, John Hacker of New Ulm; daughters, Ashley Hacker of Minneapolis, Danielle Hacker of Minneapolis; and her sister, Connie Gulbrandson of New Ulm. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Nancy Rae Krambeer was born April 5, 1952 to Gervase and Arline (Mertz) Krambeer in New Ulm. She graduated from Cathedral High School in 1970. Shortly after graduation, Nancy was united in marriage to the love of her life, John Hacker, on May 5, 1973 at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm. Their union was blessed with two daughters. In addition to being a mother, Nancy made her career at 3M in New Ulm. She worked over 35 years until she retired.

Nancy was a very active woman. Whether it be working out and going for coffee, volunteering for church functions, shopping at TJ Maxx, or making trips to the cities, it was rare to see Nancy sitting still. Her family, friends, and faith were central to her life. Even amidst her health declining, she always made it to Mass and remained the rock of the family. Her wonderful sense of humor, helpful advice, and generous personality will always be remembered. She will be dearly missed. Blessed be her memory.
