Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in New Ulm. Burial will take place in St. George Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in New Ulm.

Lorraine is survived by her children, Lynn (Johnny Lee Ross) Snyder, Barbara Snyder, Mark (Alice) Snyder; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and her sister; Phyllis (Vern) Rubey.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Jon and Craig Snyder; sisters and brothers-in-law, Florence (Henry) Forst, Valeria (Matt) Schmit and Dorothy Voltin.

Lorraine L. Lang was born September 7, 1919 in West Newton Township to Frank and Rose (Brandel) Lang. She attended catholic school in St. George. She married William C. Snyder on December 31st, 1947 at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Minneapolis. Lorraine worked at the Dakota Hotel in New Ulm and Lloyds of London Insurance Company in Minneapolis. She was a master gardener and enjoyed music and reading.

She was a member of Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm and a member of the St. Sicilian choir for many years.
